Executive Admin.
Provided executive level administrative support for the President, the Vice President of Worldwide Sales, and other senior staff members.  Correspondence, travel and trade show coordination (from registration to final tear-down), sales order processing, presentations, file maintenance, meeting and calendar coordination, expense report compilation/ budgeting and vendor relations. 

Provided executive level support for Controller and three Managers and their teams, Implementation Executive, five Managers and their teams, HR Manager and two teams. ·Calendar and meeting coordination, corporate administrator for the regional SOX implementation and testing, processing of all internal expense reports for Northern California Region, manual payroll checks creation and distribution, print back check process and CHAX check processing, liaison for all regional payroll issues including distribution of regional payroll, prepared complex PowerPoint presentations including animations and music, travel coordination.

Sales and Marketing Support

Executive level support for Implementation Executive and HR Manager. Calendar and meeting coordination, creating Excel spreadsheets of customer satisfaction information, analyze data and created graphs to show trends, customer registra­tion for training classes, prepared complex PowerPoint presentations which included animations and sound, and travel coordination.  

Marketing Communications/Project Assistant
Provided marketing support for all branch managers for seven branch offices, with project management assistance to the Redwood City Branch Manager.  Designed and distributed company wide "Statement of Qualifica­tions", published and distributed the company-wide newsletter, created a process for standardization of all forms and logos used companywide, and developed a contacts database for prospective clients.
